no relaxing. got the boys. i got elected to babysit my oldest girls two boys (bradyn 6, carter 1) so daddy could work overtime. *sigh* love the boys though.

ff is a part of life for many of us here. regardless if i post or not, which definitely has been the not for awhile, i come to read "my old friends". some of you, i have connections with elsewhere. the smiley face place, the space that is mine, and that book which has a face on it. lmao. many others i am only connected with on ff, so i have to come back.
you may not see me, but don't worry, i am around.

to let my friends know that i am still alive. but pretty much, the nobodys home title fits me in this site. i occasionally pop in and read some of the blogs, but not very often.
i do blog though. over in the space place. tomi2t blogs there a few times a week occasionally, so you could visit me at her place if ya want.
there is not really much to tell you about my life. i am still in illinois. the grandkids are growing. my sister gets the results of her biopsy next wednesday. so far we have missed the big snows except for that last one we had, which was not very big. the weather comes and goes. one day below zero, next in the 40's or 50's. work is work. life is life, lol.
ok, i will let you out of this boring blog. visit tomi2t, she has more to say.

today i ventured out in to snow covered illinois. we got at least eight inches in my hometown last night. i had to drive to springfield, which is about 40 miles from me, and i think they only got two inches. bruce, keep it to yourself!
i had to take my sister to the oncologist today to see what they were going to do about the abnormalty they found in her breast. doctors amaze me. now, this is a woman with a history of breast and cervical cancer. monitored every six months and all has been clear. then something shows on the mammogram. it was enough that they thought she should see an oncologist. ok, they decided to do a wire guided biopsy, but they are going to wait a month to do it. a month. why? are they waiting for this abnormalty to become larger?
i have succeeded in finishing part of the clothing i promised my grandkids for christmas. i have the red cape done for willow. red silk lounge pants and black satiny pjs for dalton. and some nice fuzzy bottoms for bradyns pjs. i hope daltons shirt fits him, as he is my chubby bubby, and i didnt have them around for fitting sessions. and teh cape is adorable. i will complete bradyns jammies this weekend maybe. i hope. i still have three items to complete after that. the cape was the hardest, so the other things should go pretty quickly.
i have filled out more applications for travel nursing. i thought i was going to have to stay home (again) because daltons (sperm donor) ran off to mississippi and told him he was not coming back. i was worried of the effect of two people leaving him at the same time, so i was going to keep the travel stuff on the back burner. well, daddy came back to town, so i can go now. "mom" will not let "dad" move back in, but he is living in the area. guess his mother didnt wait on him hand and foot. probably asked for money, lolol. life goes on.
and my (not so) interesting life continues

i was reading some blogs, and i just read marks about how his grandma and grandpa were the ones who brought him to God. i don't have anyone to thank for doing that for me. no one told me to go to church. no one made me go to church. my parents just never stopped me from going. who is it that i can give credit to then? i can only believe that God called me to come. thank you God. i am glad that i know You.
