Life at 40 plus !
Not the typical life i've had but then who here has had a typical life we all are on our own journey twists and spins and calculated purpose filled experiences to better us all in the long run and along the way we understand who we are just a bit more seeing that the problems of yesterday have been solved and knowing that whatever comes to pass shall also pass so that life continues to evolve and we all change in our own time and in our own way .

You may or may not have noticed an up and coming form of jumping obstacles such as wall to wall or stairwell to wall to ground it's been seen in some commercials and television as well a James Bond movie it seems to be the impossible made possible cat like abilities of man to the extreme using martial arts type movements to climb or free fall . The "sport" is called Parkour and the ones with the ability are known as Traceour's .
