Not the typical life i've had but then who here has had a typical life we all are on our own journey twists and spins and calculated purpose filled experiences to better us all in the long run and along the way we understand who we are just a bit more seeing that the problems of yesterday have been solved and knowing that whatever comes to pass shall also pass so that life continues to evolve and we all change in our own time and in our own way .

Today i'm taking every bad experience of my life and putting them all in one life capsule and since I lived long enough to have a life capsule I guess those bad experiences didn't kill me and i'm feeling like "Superman" . God cares .

So let's warm up standing up straight,chin up, with your feet spread to shoulder length with your elbows bent bring your left elbow to your right knee raising the right knee upward meeting halfway bending your body downward with a slight left/right twist touching them together if possible and if not as close as comfy for you ! And that is #1 try to continue alternating right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee possibly 5 to 10 or more on both knees depending on how many you can handle ! Go for it and remember to exhale while touching the knee to the elbow take your time it's all about the technique it's not always a race ! To win ! Big Stretch ! Excellent give yourself a hand !

Along the way we grow up and leave the toys behind us however i've looked in a few boxes and I still have a few things that i'm in shock are around like my AFX cars my 1973-74 baseball cards my electric football men (many pro teams in their home and away uniforms) my Matel cars w/ (A few Hot Wheels blended with them ) Well i'm not sure how embarrassed I should be feeling since I really didn't realize these things should have been sold by now so tell me should I find a buyer for these things that have been frozen in time Or leave them where they've been all these decades
