105 Views | The Chinese have four famous main dishes, the Shandong dish, the Sichuan dish, the Guangdong dish and the Huaiyang dish (or the Shanghai dish).
The Shandong dish is a collection from Northern China. The dishes are fried and add to the deep color meat juices and cooked in soy bean sauce. The flavor is heavy, the taste will be good and mellow.
There are also light sea foods. so as the Japan attends to original taste and flavor. You submerge them in the boiling water and take them out at once. Add seasonings to your taste. Beijing roast duck comes from the Shandong dish originally.
You must select the local fat duck that is about 65 days old. It must weigh approximately 2 kilograms. The duck could be used for making the roast duck. Ducks in final 20 days, should be specially fed (syrup and so on). The activity must be reduced as far as possible, so that the ducks skin is thin and the meat tender.
I personally saw artificial force feed duck process and it is really too cruel to see!
Cut the chest and abdominal cavities of the duck, clean and submerge it into the boiling water. Take it out and then put it into syrup. The duck will turn deep red and will be a very crisp roasted duck.
Before roasting the duck chest must be filled by the hot water and then close. Roasts the approximately 30-40 minutes on the open fire. You must use wood from the jujube tree, the peach tree and pear trees. Cut the duck into good slices, cuts needs very good technique, for we eat mainly the skin.
Put the onion and the sauce rolled in a lotus-leaf form- pancake. Then you can begin to enjoy your meal.
A complete roast duck also includes the duck's - internal organs, the tongue, the head, the wing and the duck web – they can make different patterns. It may reach over a hundred kinds.

| I made a mistake carelessly...... |

Mood: calm, 170 Views | As I Just started work , I have once made a mistake. ! The reason that lies deep in my memory , is that I could make it for I do it completely carelessly, but is also really interesting:
One day My boss assigned me to receive an high level foreign visiting delegation. In the group there are nine people, every foreign entrepreneur is carrying his honored wife. I picked up them from the airportand and drove to the province guesthouse for a fourstar degree. First day for us is specialized discussion, at the following day we visited the city, Jinan. At the lunchtime I found a singleman always outsides the group very lonely ,depressed, obvious solitary. After lunch everybody sat down, being relaxed, I asked my question to the singleman curiously: Gentleman, why havent you travelled with your madame together? Presently the women burnst into big laugh.
Translating into Chinese , that means that as a result of greedy for once here and there cup of milk he has not raised the right cow for himself . Neither he got married nor on midway he lost his family and havnt remarried more or because of other reasons ......? Yes! The western material society has provided very good environment to many unmarried male, you might move there or here to find each kind of woman, even you might meet very outstanding woman go to bed ( I knew afterward this gentleman was general in army), then you gone away afterward simplely, what wife?What family? What responsibility? You didn't need until today. whether do you regret today, for you are old? Because I found this sentence very interesting as a young girl, I must study many things,then I repeated it for many times so that I could keep it well in my head. To my surprise, I am actually called by my boss to be criticize afterward, originally encountering the suit. You say, that general why you have sent the such big fire? PerhapsWhat I asked tome,really touched his sore spot ? No I don't know .Its really “you eat grapes , but not spit the grape skin while you do not eat grapes,but spits grape skin ~~~~~ but actually hahahaha! | |

Really wonderful, for the wild vegetable will also have a such resounding name?! Speaking of " Master " it means naturally Confucius. Right, the kong is the surname, master means" Mr. " . Refering to a great model for all generations , the epoch-making significant great educationalist, the great philosopher and the Confucianism's founder - Kong Zi's name can be called as same as a small wild vegetable?! Counting the famous Confucian temples in China ,it is led to the Shandong Qufu's Confucian temple, Beijing's Confucian temple, Xian's Confucian temple ,also the city, Nanjing has his Confucian temple...... Seeing back through the several thousand years history of China the name of confucious as a very important person can even have a little connects with the small wild herbs! Who said not? But this small wild herbs call this name unexpectedly" Confucian temple "! It is really lovely fresh and tender. The pale-green leaf resembles trumpet-flower's leaf and there are two peaks . Breaking off it, in the pole seeps out a liquid seemed as milk resembling for protect and for curing his own wound! It just drilled from the earth , so small and weak , let man love! The slender stem crooked ,as if it cannot support his head! It is the vegetable which cannot undergo anything , can start out yellow flowers in the later day and as result, nurtures millions of Descendants . Picking the small shoot "Confucian temple " with the hand, and at home I soak them a while with the salt water, then clean scatters and give the salt and seasoned ,mixing evenly. I mix the bread flour to make an effort again with the chopsticks to stir thickly pappy. Dripping little peanut oil into the frying pan, mixing the good wild herbs to stick (cannot too thin) pour , the give them into the pot, press the cake with the shovel. Waiting till the cake become the buff color and thoroughly ripe up. The shovel left slivers four to place in the plate to be able to eat. Hey! The cake " Confucian temple " is truly delicious, I dared saying whoever eats, can be full of praise! | |
