this is but an excerpt of an e-mail i received just a while ago from a dear friend whom i had the pleasure of knowing here in FF. She is just one of many who dared to dream to find someone special via the net, and got burned just like the many, many others who tried to put their hearts on the line and lost.
Can it be possible? is it still possible, to find true love in this unforgiving world of on-line dating. One can only hope.
well, i myself don't want to give up on love. I am the type who's willing to love and lose, than never have tried to love at all.
I guess the right attitude to take is "Hope for the better, prepare for the worst." | |

let us be united in saying a little prayer for the victims of the recent earthquake in china.
let us pray for those who did not make it, may the lord keep them in his bosom
let us pray for those who lost their loved ones, relatives and friends, those who may have lost their homes, jobs, and livelihood, may they find comfort in the lord's graciousness and mercy.

Make Your Mama Proud
i lost my mom in 1987, in the worst maritime disaster this world has ever known.(unofficial)
More than 4,500 lives lost.
She was not only a mom to me, she was also my best friend, my confidant. We can talk almost about anything. She barely finished the third grade but she is one of the most intelligent women that i have the pleasure of knowing.
Needless to say, her passing left a wide void in my life.
Mother's day is fast approaching. why not do something extra special for your moms on this special day. I'm sure you have already realized how lucky you are by just still having your moms with you, a pleasure i no longer enjoy.
Mama, Happy mother's day! we'll see each other
soon...i love you.
On this note, i am informing the watchers of this blog ( there are so many...around two, give or take) that i am closing the same for a while until such time...who knows. Its been a pleasure knowing all of you, thank you for giving me the opportunity to share a part of me.
