| Harrassment at work |
Aug 5, 2008 11:53 am Mood: drained, 206 Views | | It's getting out of hand. I need my job badly. I have stated "no" to advances time and time again. I threatened to tell administration of the continued unwanted advances and he laughs at me. Tells me they wont believe it. So, now I am faced with this issue. I know what is going to be said about this is to just tell because its the right thing to do but what about my job? What will happen to me. I can not afford to loose my job. I want to record him saying what he says to me about having an affair with him but then what are the laws for the state of California on recording a person? Im scared to do something but I am also scared that he will get out of hand. He booked me to teach a class in 2 weeks. I teach the clients at my work the software we sell them and he is the program manager for that project. I hate this and him for putting me in this position. Should I get a lawyer? How do I bring this up? My company does not even have an employee handbook and this will tear everything apart. I hate this. |

| The case of Joe: He wanted to be pimped out! ick... |
Aug 3, 2008 4:31 pm 201 Views | I call him the case because he is a basket case. Yes, I am fully calling him crazy for thinking that by telling me how great he is that I would and I quote him "tell my friends about him".... Say what!? First of all he is an online friend only and secondly the gall of him... it's wierd because he looks like a good looking guy... young but good looking indeed. Yuck... he is a troll! geesh! Ok, anyone else go through this?
Do men want to be pimped out like that? I might be inclined to tell a friend of a nice guy I have actually known because I think they might hit it off but this guy surely is just looking to get some then leave them... ick! I need to cut him out of my buddy list. Definately done!
*Note this pic is just one of like a 100 he has on his profile.. and no its not here. | |

| One great trip! --- Mayan Pyramids |
Aug 2, 2008 8:27 pm Mood: happy, 226 Views | | I was fortunate enough last week to have had the opportunity to go to El Salvador for business. My company wanted me to deliver a proposal to an office in El Salvador. I just happen to have been born there and so it was with great pleasure that I accepted the task.
Unfortunately there was so much work to be done as far as getting the proposal finished on time that I did not sleep for days but luckily I was able to pull through the long nights and make it there.
One of my dreams to see the Mayan Pyramids from my own country came true. I was so happy! Wohoo! |
