Mood: calm, 1522 Views |  | I am about as fond of shopping as I am of dental work, but I do need to get a few new things for the upcoming school year.
I think that today might be the best day to go and get a few new pairs of pants and possibly a couple of shirts.
Right now it's hot so I don't want long sleeved shirts too badly but I will need them in a couple months when the weather gets a lot cooler. |

Mood: content, 1503 Views |  | Mmm wonderful to sleep later today. I went to bed at 2:15 AM or so. I went out with a group of friends from my other job last night. It was kind of fun to socialize with some people for a change.
They almost got me to sing karaoke, but I had to leave before our turn ever came.
My only real problem is that around here, smoking is common in all of the bars/pubs so it is tough on me to breathe cigarette smoke all night.
Apart from working about 4 hours today, I'm unsure of what any plans are for tonight. |

Mood: content, 1482 Views |  | 1st half week of school. Glad it's Friday already although I have no special plans as usual. I do have to work at my other job all weekend but that is always the case.
It's been tough and tiring to adjust back to a full work schedule after being in Summer mode since early June.
I don't know what I'll do in my spare time this weekend other than just relax. |

Mood: contemplative, 1570 Views | You know I wonder sometimes how long people wait or how far they let things go before expressing their feelings?
Do people just assume that someone can read their mind and interpret their feelings based on the past and on their actions or words?
How much sadness, heartache and misery could be prevented if people just took the time to appreciate the person they claimed they loved?
I realize that people get annoyed or dissatisfied with the person they live with or are married too, but do they really ever tell that person how much they mean to them and how much of an impact it would have on their lives if the person died or left? Or do they just assume the person is a machine of some kind and has no feelings or emotions and will just tune it out and ignore it?
Have you ever driven someone out of your life and not even realized you were doing it until it was too late? Did it make you feel satisfied or happy in anyway to lose the person, or did it just give you an empty devastated feeling.
If you've got a partner that you really, truly love, stop reading this blog and go tell them exactly how you feel about them. Don't assume they know how you feel especially if you've been critical of them or have been arguing with them about stuff. Do you want that person to leave and never come back? Do you care anymore? Do they know if you care? | |

Mood: excited, 1751 Views |  | I'm not a dwarf but I still had to go back to work today.  I'm on lunch break right now, so I thought I'd better write a blog.
Hmmmm, I miss not being able to sleep late and lounge around all day, but I also am always energized by a new school year. 
Can't think of too many other things to say, except that I just ate a yummy burrito wrap at a place called Chipotles here in the big O.
Mine had shredded beef and all sorts of yummy stuff in it, so I am really full. |

Mood: hopeful, 1613 Views |  | Ah the Summer is almost over. Today is my last day of going to bed late and sleeping late. Tomorrow I go back to school to start another school year.
What a wonderful Summer it really was though. I got to meet a special person and spend a week with her here in town.
I actually repaired the stairs on my deck prior to having people over for the 4th of July. I replaced my kitchen sink too which stopped working.
In late July my son and I went on a five day camping trip to Yellowstone Park and the Grand Tetons.
For the first time in two years I didn't have all sorts of financial worries associated with being out of work in the Summer. That made it more relaxing than some Summers past.
I'm looking forward to a new school year, but I sometimes feel like the days, weeks, months and years are flying by too fast and I don't want to think about being older. |

| Spending Money, Yet Saving Money. |

Mood: excited, 1663 Views |  | Hmmmm, my son needed 4 tires for his car. They were all not really that good. I of course was really dreading having to spend a fortune, but I found 4 awesome used tires, almost in new condition and for half the price.
I was so thrilled that I took him to breakfast while they put them on. It still did cost me over $180.00 but for 4 practically new tires that's not bad and the new ones would have been $330.00 So even with the $20.00 breakfast I still saved $130.00+
Mmmmm, Summer's winding down. Almost back to 100% from being sick a couple weeks ago. No longer taking any meds except Advil.
Mmmm, better check my busy and nearly filled social calendar here? LOL! Gosh I DO have a few openings for any lonely females interested. |

Mood: silly, 1641 Views |  | Okay, does anyone ever start to feel like they're OBLIGATED to write one of these everyday once they start? LOL!
I wish I was a more fascinating person, the kind that beautiful ladies worldwide would say, "Wow!! I wonder what's on that cutie Brucey's mind?", everyday.
Let's see what kind of excitement is going on in the life of Brucey right now? Hmmmmmmm, uh NOTHING!! It's Sunday and I'm sitting here mostly on FF posting stuff to my Omaha group. Later I have to go work for about 3.9 hours or so, and then tonight and tomorrow night are the last true late nights I've got, because Wednesday I start back to school.
My son is going to be heading back to college next week too. He's been here all Summer since early May. He's going to be a Senior. Waaaaaaa!!! I feel SO old. 
Well, that's about it for now, Cameron Diaz just walked into my room and said, "Would you like to kiss me?", so I'd better go or she might get upset. LMAO!! |

Mood: restless, 1695 Views |  | Grrrr, last free weekend before school starts next week. Might as well kick back and enjoy. In some ways I'm looking forward to the start of another school year.
Gotta work this afternoon for at least a few hours. Then tonight I have one gigantic freaking nothing planned. LMAO!! Story of my life for most of the past several years.
Hmmmm, today is best described as calm at first, then tumultuous, then calm again, followed by fairly calm right now.
No point in explaining, no one would understand anyway. Mmmm, you know I'm thinking of pulling that lever in the closet again to see if the makeout girl appears. Mmmmm urge to make out, risingggggggg !! LOL! |

Ask me again tomorrow and I'll be back to my silly, giggling, laughing self. I'm a little more serious today.
Hmmmm, the last Friday of the year before school starts. I plan to work a few hours tonight before possibly going out for a beer for the first time in two weeks.
It's been overcast and fairly decent here although a bit humid. |
