It's time to show off your wicked wit by creating captions for the top 3 photos in part two of our Silly Snapshots & Clever Quips Contest. Be sexy, be silly, be ironic, be a smartass...just be clever and you could win a Gold membership!

You may enter captions for any or all of these photos, but be sure to keep your captions down to about one sentence or 25 words maximum each - the shorter the better. Once you've come up with your witty captions, post them below. Don't forget to indicate which photo each caption is for.
If you're captioning more than one entry, be sure to post them separately to increase your chances of winning!
All entries must adhere to the Terms.
The deadline to enter is at 11:59AM Pacific Time on July 14, 2008.
How to Enter
1. Write captions for any or all three photos and post them below.
Specific Contest Rules
1. Captions should be short - about one sentence or 25 words maximum each. Excessively long captions may be disqualified and deleted.
2. Multiple entries are allowed. Final deadline for entries is 11:59AM Pacific Time on July 14, 2008..

Silly Snapshots & Clever Quips Contest, Part 1

Do you have a funny photo you've taken that's begging for a comical caption? Then submit it to our Silly Snapshots & Clever Quips Contest for a chance to win Gold!
There are 2 parts to this contest.
For the first part, choose some photos of yourself that you think would be great for captioning. They can be silly, scary, seductive, sweet - any kind of photo that you think would be really funny with the right caption beneath it.
The FriendFinder staff will select 10 finalists out of the submissions. We will then post a poll for members to vote on the top 3 for the second part of the contest.
In part two, members will get the chance to win a Gold membership by submitting their most clever quip as a caption to any or all of these top 3 photos.
The top 10 finalists in the first part of the contest will receive 500 points. The top 3 selected by members will get an additional 500 points to spend on any of FriendFinder's valuable features!
The complete rules for the second part of the contest will be posted on July 7, 2008, after the announcement of the photos which made it into the top 3 has been made.
All entries must adhere to the Photo Guidelines.
The deadline to enter is at 11:59AM, Pacific Time on June 30, 2008.
How to Enter
1. Find your best photo that lends itself to a clever quip and post it below.
2. Vote for the top 3 during the voting period, July 1-7.

Recipe for Romance Contest!

A private, mouthwatering meal for two can spark results like a new level of relationship, an unforgettable experience in bed, or even a marriage proposal! If you've ever prepared such a delicious experience, for the guy who loved spicy foods or the woman who was hungry enough to ask for seconds, share the menu with the romantic foodies of FriendFinder in our Recipe for Romance Contest!
Simple recipes can be just as scrumptious as complicated ones! (Be sure not to use copyrighted recipes.) In 1,000 words or less, draft a menu and describe one delectable recipe for an appetizer, main course or dessert. Add a description of cocktails, wines or beers to accompany one, two or all of your dishes.
Menus and recipes should follow standard menu/recipe formats. For example:
Cocktails
Light or dark premium rum with fresh squeezed lime and a splash of ginger ale, shaken with ice and served neat.
Dinner menu
Appetizer - Grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto
Beverage - Prosecco (sparkling wine)
Main course - Filet mignon in Madeira sauce with caramelized shallots, and green beans with pine nuts
Beverage - California Merlot
Dessert - Fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate
Beverage - Tawny (aged) Port
Dessert recipe for strawberries with chocolate
Ingredients
1 lb. dark chocolate, broken into bits
1 t fruit-flavored liqueur
1 lb. ripe strawberries with long stems
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a fondue pot or crockpot. Add the liqueur. Dip 3/4 of each strawberry in the chocolate. Place the dipped berries on wax paper or a baking sheet till chocolate hardens. Serve with Tawny Port.

What better way to celebrate the advent of the new monthly contests on FriendFinder than to celebrate the friendships you've made on the site! Tell us about your favorite meetings with friends and/or dates with your entry in the FriendFinder Success Stories Contest!
Did you find a great movie buddy on FriendFinder? Or connect with an engaging book group? Perhaps you had your best date ever with someone you met right here? In 1,000 words or less, write up the story of your successful FriendFinder hookup, be it platonic or romantic. Just be sure not to use real names or handles - pseudonyms only, please! - and if you are telling a passionate tale, please keep it PG-rated and "fade to black" at the appropriate time!
If you hit the proverbial FriendFinder lotto and have made multiple connections here, that's wonderful - and it'll increase your chances to win, since multiple entries are permitted (one entry per blog post).
