Rockwood Casualty Insurance Refuses my Offer to Settle Feb 1, 2007 10:41 am

I made a GENEROUS offer to settle OUT OF COURT for THIRTY TWO MILLION DOLLARS on my workman's comp insurance BUT they DECLINED my offer. I will be in touch with my attorneys who told me that I SHOULD have been granted a HEARING on my workman's comp insurance about my injury on the job. I am going to KEEP ON calling the insurance company and hassling them and I am going to KEEP on sending them emails. This may drag out for YEARS. I may start a CLASS ACTION law suit against Rockwood Casualty Insurance if I can locate other injury victims who have been denied claims on their workman's compensation.

Anybody remember when the FLYING SAUCERS came to Washington DC back in 1952? The radar picked them up, the tV cameras even picked them up. Every time some jets scrambled to intercept them, they shot out and vanished, but they would zip right back as soon as the jets were gone. I want YOUR opinion. Was this an elaborate HOAX? Was it the Russians? Were the flying Saucers from OUTER SPACE? Anybody got any OTHER POSSIBILITIES??? I...want your FEEDBAX Right NOW!!!

We did it! We GOT it! WE GOT IT!!! This BLOG has GOT over 1,000 posts in its FIRST MONTH thanks to you FLOOD of FEEDBAX on my DUCK OUT post and that means that debutanteBaltimr...doesn't HAVE to...duck out. UNLESS you WANT him to. Because if you want me to duck out, then I can duck out. It is really no problem for me to duck out if you want me to duck out!

debutanteBaltimr has decided to...DUCK OUT permanently. I would like to THANK everybody for all of their kind and generous FEEDBAX in my blog. I was UNABLE to reach the 1,000 mark for posts in my BLOG by the end of this month. And it was SO CLOSE! I...really thought that I had a chance there...for a while. BUT I DIDN'T. NOW another woman has DUCKED OUT! That makes at least THREE in the last WEEK. Two have ducked back in, but then the second one that ducked back in has ducked out AGAIN and NOW the third one ducks out. I really think that I am going to have to DUCK OUT because I do NOT want to be the last one to duck out!

I want OTC Lyrica. If I can get enough people who are in pain to campaign for it, maybe it can be sold without a scrip. Who can afford all of these Doctors, especially when the workman's comp insurance is refusing to PAY for it. We tax payers need to MAKE it CLEAR that we do NOT want even ONE PENNY of our tax revenue to be spent on the DEA. If there is a computer hack out there that can tap into the DEA and drain its resources, I say GO FOR IT! And show me how to hack into insurance companies and drain all of THEIR resources.

My feet hurt SO BAD! I took 20 aspirins and 18 ibuprobin pills last night and I was still up all night in terrible pain. The pharmacist wont refill my scrip for Lyrica even though I have 6 refills left because I was also getting refills on another scrip for Lryica from another Doctor. The Doctors won't approve the refills. The pharmicist did give me 2 pills to take for today and tonight, and 2 for tomorrow, but I need the whole bottle. I am in pain and also very depressed without the Lyrica because I miss the euphoria that I get from the pills. The workman's comp is denying my claim because the quack that works for them who examined my feet is claiming that my pain is NOT a result of the injury. That is nonsense. I have been on the phone harrassing the insurance company all day and they are not helping me out. I will be on the phone all day with Rockwood Casualty insurance again tomorrow and I am going to keep on harrassing them!

A lot of attractive women who want to post their picture on line can just sit back and pick and choose from all of the handsome men that write to them. But even the handsome men probably don't get too many women writing to them. They have to write to all of the women initially and then hope that maybe one of the women will bother to write back. Now I am too shy and too lazy to write to all of the attractive women and I am JUST a standard member so I am not allowed to anyway, and how could an average looking guy expect to compete with all of those handsome guys who write to all of the attractive women anyway? If I was LUCKY, I might expect to get maybe one response out of sympathy and politeness out of about 30,000 (IF there were even THAT many attractive females on line). *NOT! And who needs the rejection anyway? I don't know how all of those gold and silver guys can deal with it. Maybe they just rationalize that the women don't write back because there were too many other handsome guys ahead of them on the list. In the animal world, the males have brightly colored feathers or fur and all of the females are attracted to them. Why can't it be so easy for human males? So when SweetnSilly2 started writing in my blogs, and she offered a LOCK of HER HAIR to me, it sort of...blew me away. I wondered...could SARAH be the one?
