I want to suggest that some of the greatest romances of all time COULD HAVE blossomed if the timing had been slightly different. Consider John Hinkley and Jodie Foster. And perhaps even MORE potential: Rick and Darva Rockwell. (Remember them?) Now suppose Jodie Foster had met John Hinkley at Yale...or Harvard (Or whereever the hell she was studying at) and met him as a fellow student...NOT as a fan who was stalking her. What if Hinkley had managed to get close to her by posing as a student who was not a fan of hers, and had engaged her in casual conversation. Perhaps then a relationship would habe blossomed and become romantic. Then Hinkley and Foster would have become married and become one of Hollywood's most famous loving couples through the ages. What do you THINK about THAT? Now back to Rick and Darva. Suppose Rick Rockwell had managed to bump into Darva in a casual manner, rather than by proposing to her on a Gameshow Bride TV show. He could have gradually cultivated a friendship with her, and slowly, but surely made himself indispensible to her by providing her with gifts that would increase steadilly in value. A romance would eventually bloom, and Rick and Darva would one day marry (NOT on a tv show) but in a fairytale style wedding...and the kiss...would not have been so awkward or nearly so repulsive to Darva. Do you think it could have been possible?

Why is the IRS Dicking With Me? Mar 1, 2008 12:15 pm

I earned less than $11,000 last year. And NOW the Internal Revenue Service has decided to claim that I owe over $11,000 in income tax for 2007. Why does the IRS pick on the most poor of its citixens to try to finance the squandering that has gone on for the last 8 years in the USA? I can't even afford to pay for my medicine. I have been working since I was 8 years old. My claims for social security and medicaid benefits have been repeatedly denied. I have endured nearly unbearable pain and suffering because of the refusal of both workman's comp insurance and social security to pay benefits for the premiums that I have been paying into for the past 4 decades. So...if being electrocuted on the job is not a good reason for receiving workman's comp and social security benefits, what are we paying those premiums for anyway? And HOW does the IRS intend to collect this extortion from me anyway? Sell my organs?

More than a year has elapsed since SARAH has promised a LOCK of her to me now. A LOCK of should NEVER be...taken back after it has been promised, but SARAH vanished shortly after her LOCK of was promised to me. Imagine how it would feel to be waiting patiently for her LOCK of to arrive every day and then to be dissapointed again and again each day while waiting and hoping to at least recieve SOME word from SARAH. Now, I exagerate here a bit because SARAH did not know the location where she could have sent her LOCK of to, so it is not as if each day I expected to find a LOCK of her in the mail box, but I did wonder for a while if SARAH would ever post in my blog again. Now, perhaps you may wonder if it is possible to fall in love with a LOCK of that you have NEVER even SEEN, or, rather...would it be more likely to be in love with the IDEA of being in love?
