What a fuss each year.
At first the store has to be in christmas style. 3 days of wrapping presents, snow on the windows. Putting santa on the discount. And all other kinds of decorations.
And when i'm finished there, my mom wants the decorations in the house. She doesn't want to put up the tree. So i have to do it. Unstrangle the lights, put up the tree. Make a nice piece for the table. Every year i say to myself, why bother. But every year a make more of a fuss in the end. I can't help it. I love the lights and the candles. It's cosy. I can't wait to christmas day. When we sit around and play games. We don't buy presents. 
It's a family tradition that we don't buy them on a special day.
I will buy a present when i want to, doesn't have to be christmas or valentines day. But still christmas is still nice.
Just being together and leaving the cold outside. That's what makes it special.
