dear sweet Jesus
help me i pray
as i drag out of bed
to another lonely day

no 'real life' friends to speak of
on this journey called life
no family to turn to
to help share my strife

i'm sad and i'm lonely
feeling so lost
struggling to hold on
at any cost

there's two little 'girls'
who need me so much
lord please give me strength
i need your sweet touch

lift all my burdens
along with my cares
i just need a break here
please show me you hear
