Well my dad and I jumped over one hurdle of the road. We were suppose to drive to Anchorage for him to see a dr about the tumor. Well he has all these animals that he takes care of, and his so called friends backed out on watching them. So dad was about to cancel his appointment. But I got him a plane ticket to fly him down there and back the same day. I personally think he was afraid to go. As he was leaving the truck I told him I prayed for him,he shot back "I think god is punishing me for the things I did in the past",,,but I told him god always forgives. Im sorry for preaching,,I dont go to organized religion,,I beleive you can be anywhere to talk or pray to your own beleifs.
But thank you for all your support,,,we now have to wait and see if the tumor is benign or not. I hate the anticipation thats the only thing that drives me nuts,,,I been doing good with dads health,,not dwelling and eating and sleeping about it. Im pretty proud of myself for being brave for him,,he needs someone to be strong. I just hope I can keep my composure if its bad.

Man my knees are killing me,,I helped my friend cook some steaks on the grill and as I was walking from the lit room to a dark room WITH raw steaks on a plate I tripped over her dang old Amber. The is so old she hardly moved. She's all right,but for the rest of night she kept giving me a weary eye if I got close to her lol. But I landed on both knees could not cushion the fall , since I was holding a plate of raw meat, so now they are bruised and skinned. Friends dad was there and was worried MORE about the steaks, SHEEZE MEN.

Been seeing my dad but ,I have'nt posted anything,,,we are still waiting for the doctor to tell us to come down. Darn military,,HURRY up and wait is there motto lol. I guess he finally kicked out his g-freind,he got tired of being used by her,but she seems to talk her way back into his wallet and home, lol. All I can do is look at the situation in amusement,he knows what he got into,,thnk god that he still has some sense. lol

I try not to think of this a lot. Funny how when my dad was healthy,I never took the time to see him,,but now that he is ill I have been with him like a leech. Most of the reason of not seeing him was from past hurts. I stopped seeing him because I got tired of getting hurt from him. But now the acidnyde crude remarks he throws to me seem not to matter anymore. We have the relationship of the father and movie "On Golden Pond" But I see a change with him also. Seems like he has "mellowed" a lot. How funny that life is short.

Today I just seen my dad. He found out he has a tumor on his bladder. Since our relationship has been strained I volunteered to drive him to his appointment to a specialist. Since he has V.A. benifits his doctor has have been dragging there feet to set up a appointment. This town is 200+ miles driving distance. So I have to wait and see if he finally got a hold of the doctor. I have had a lot of anxiety with this situation. He has a girlfriend that seems to use him. I think I will be having trouble with her,,if he is gonna be getting home healthcare,,since Im a health careprovider Im sure to be involved. But I would not doubt that she will try to alienate me from my Dad. But we will see,,I need to set up a stragedy just in case this woman who is crazy so is the rumor in my small town. But this has been emotionally draining my Dad's illness and my problems with work,,,AND a job interview with a new job. My is pretty "puzzled" with me...I go lay down for bed and he get comfy THAN Im up in a few minutes because Im not tired. Where ever I go he follows me,,so he now is "Eyeballing" me with a weary expression. Now Im sleepy again and I know once I lay down I will be tossing and turning. Maybe a movie will calm my thoughts.
