Mood: lazy, 741 Views | Come into my home, yep u have to be brave and go all the way to Iraq but what the hell. Ok see a tiny tiny room riht across the entrance? Go to it. Inside, u will find Kass still asleep. Could someone, anyone, pull me off my Iraqi a$$! I! Can't! Awwwww come on. I'm not that heavy. Ok maybe I am, but...
Ok now help me find somethin to put on for the day. Don't worry, I sleep in my night clothes...
Done. Now go in and make me something warm to have? Thanks. It's yummy. Could use a warm drink with this. Despite the blistering Iraqi climate, I like to be warm. Ok now hold me...pick me up like a baby if u can and carry me around the whole home and keep me even warmer...sit with me a minute...tell me about how things are on your side of the little round globe...I'll tell ya all about me when ur done. Mood: sleepy, 654 Views | | Told ya! My Iraqi brain works at half the normal capacity. So I woke up today thinking it was Saturday, and then I remembered, cursed in Arabic, roled back over for a couple minutes and now, holy $$%$$! I'm late! So here I am, running around at the last of the last minute, doin what I need to do with about 3 minutes left of private Kassam time before this residence is jam packed yet again! Someone prayfor me...I gotta get through this day, hahahe. | |

Mood: curious, 646 Views | | I have many western friends, which isn't such a bad thing. They ask me about things over here. I was talking with 1 of them, and we were talking about different dialects. The Iraqi accent is not the only one in the Arab world. There are many. Although it is easy enough to pick out Iraqi amongst others, and personally, I hate it, and think Lebanese is much nicer and more melodic. But anyways, I pose a question today. How would u describe the Iraqi accent? Have u heard it? No I mean the real one. Not someone doing this crazy ass impersonation of it to get back at us cuz they don't like the way things r going. I mean have u really heard it and how did it come across to u. I like to get opinions on this one. | |

Mood: waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!, 687 Views | | I hate mornings! Fick them! Gawd! Why is it that I gotta drag my ficking Iraqi butt out of bed just so I can do abso frigging lutely nothing but wait for ppl to frigging come see me waaa waaa waaa! What if I put my wittle face down for just 1 more min? I fell asleep listening to an American news channel? Holy crap! I just discovered that! Didn't even know we get that channel here! woo! Waaaa I don't wanna eat! But I gotta otherwise I'll b all sleepy all day! Fick! Fickity fick fick fick! Well guess what! I'm not doing anything but sitting on my a$$ waiting for my slow and stubborn Iraqi brain to kick into high gear which only functions at about half the capacity anyway! Especially in the morning. I need a warm drink. Usually in my tradition, we only serve warm drinks with meals. But I! Don't! Wanna! Eat! Blech! I cant even think of eating right now!
