gratefully writen to my eternal reader
even for the sharpest observer
the world is too wide to discover
with the sight of my eyes, that never
see you, the most lovely creature

the time we spent together
is precious, with our laughter,
tears, and pauses for me to answer
the questions on your mind, that forever
are guiding me to the proper behavior

oh, yes, we are the great pretender
it's ok to pretend that we could bear
the losing of each other
but we mustn't pretend to be the driver
and the follower

for I know you are a good communicator

There is a young lady in my life. I wish I could be the father she deserves. The therapy is helping her, but she still has bad days. She wrote this, and I am sooo proud of her. She has grown so much in her so short life, and more in the past few months.

landing on the tiled floor
slowly open up my eyes-no surprise
angry feet come storming towards me
hateful words hurt more than nikes
can't wait til those feet are far behind me*

legs kick up in protest
handcuffs behind her back
toenails painted red
there's two feet i'll never see again*

Well, I have posted much more than 100, but I have reached my 100th, with this handle. My first handle, JimyH was stopped for some reason, and I could never sign back in. FF didn't care, because I am not a payin customer, and did nothing to help me fix it. Those posts, are still there, and visible. Oh well.

I am feeling better today, and will be back at work tommorow. Hopefully will have something better to post, after I do something other than laze around in a sick room.

Hope you are well, and life is good, my friends.

I finally got my computer back from the tech support. They changed the hard drive, but did not bother looking for a cause for all the recent component failures. So, if it holds to form, I will be dropping it off at the service center again in a few weeks, for the fifth time, and they will be getting me clearance to pick out a new one. I know I am not a trained service tech, just an electronics engineer, but you would think they would listen to a customer's complaint more closely.

I also have a flu, and will be trying to keep work rollin, and get over it. I feel horrid this afternoon.

Be well, my friends. See you around some more, now that I have my own machine again, for a while, anyways.

Hey guys and gals. Another week has passed us by. Nothing new to report here. The work market is slowing down early, this year. I am managing a few different jobs, so I get a little extra income from others labors. But with things so slow now, I am afraid for the winter months here.

I have accepted an offer for some tech work in R&D again. Means back in the field, and months gone from home base at a time. Moving my base of opperations back to Houston for this. First stop, looks like Venezuella, December. Sorry, no holiday cookies this year. When I get back, I will have at least a month between contracts, so I will try to do a special Jimy Holiday, cookies for everyone then.

I hope you are all staying sane, healthy, and happy too.
