what do you expect from this site?

when you joined up with this site...what did you expect out of it? and did it meet your expectations? Am just curious.....

 When I signed up I came for entertainment and self expression. I didn't know what to expect so I expected nothing. What I found is a group of very nice people and I have made some friends here. It's been a good way for me to take the time to heal from a break up before getting back out there. I'm penpalling because I don't want to meet a man on the Internet or have an LD relationship. Just pen pals has worked well for me.

 When I signed up it was for friendship and chatting. My ex was always away and I was alone alot, and having a day home watching kids all day long I found I was longing for some form of adult conversation. So I joined here, and yes it's been great. I've since divorced my ex.........met a wonderful man online (not here), moved to a new city.......and I still come here, I love the friendships I've made over the years.....and having moved to a new city have met a couple ladies who I've become friends with and we get together from time to time, so that was a bonus.
