Bermuda managed to get a spot of rain and some breezy weather from tropical storm Bertha. Bertha managed to become the longest lived named July storm, AND the earliest Cape Verde hurricane. Storms usually do not develope so far to the east in the north Atlantic ocean in July. Now we shall wait and see if that tropical wave becomes the next named Atlantic storm. There has not been a landfalling US hurricane in a while. Georgia and the Carolinas could use the rain and so could Texas. Florida has been catching up on its rain deficit with thunderstorms. The Middle Atlantic states and New England seem to be OK for precip so far this year. A Woman's from the BACK !
