They are all boring, that's why they're called bored games (at least that is what my Children say)

Trivial Pursuit (it's always interesting to know if someone takes the time to read)
Scrabble (the tiles are pretty)
Scruples (moral dilemmas are a breeze to tackle when they're on cards)

I prefer Backgammon when I'm out, (I have the big carry case w/ivory.)
I like playing backgammon on the Net on Sundays with others.
Monopoly is fun at home, (I have the deluxe set, yet haven't played it with this set, yet.)
I have a expensive Parcheesi Deluxe Edition that I love to play, yet cannot find others willing to pass the time.
Since the age of the Internet, board games can all be played there/here, so what I have are antiques, yet great fun right after a hurricane when the power is out for days...

God Bless You!...I Love You! ...Tom...

Yeah, those dices really slow down a good chess match! And when I'm shooting craps, I always forget and leave my knight and rook on the pass line!

When my baby and nieces and nephews were young we would play Monopoly, Scattergories, Pictionary, Chinese checkers, Uno, cards etc....and are not boring games. We did alot of outdoor activities and sports too.

I always hated monopoly.
My favorites while growing up were mousetrap, sorry, and clue.
Scattagories, Pictionary, & Trivial Pursuit are now my favorites. Although, living alone it's hard to play board games, unless you do it on the computer with a friend.

So...invite a bunch of local hotties over for a steamy game of mousetrap in the spirit of STRIP POKER. You will be SURE to be the last one clothed if you rub the mice with your lucky locks of !

Obviously you are oblivious to the part of the Country I live in.
Arkansas does NOT have local "hotties", much less a "bunch" of local hotties. Basically all we have are a bunch of close-minded, back wood, hillbilly, gun toting, tobacco chewing, beer drinking, rednecks, that could give a ratz azz about playing board games.

I'm tired now. Nite! Nite!
