Cloudy here today, 48 degrees outside. Gloomy, depressing. By November I shall be crying. How do you make it until spring? The days are so short and cold. The nights are so long and dark and getting longer. This time of year is so hard.

Ah, feeling the same as you about the coming seven months ...Temps fell with more than 10*C for one day only Having to be in the room with closed windows and no access of fresh air make me feel I'm suffocating...I have to find a warm place to move during the winter ...
Keep love in your heart ! SL

don't cry, write beautiful poems or write a book about your dreary winter then publish it come spring.

Find some new music, clean up/redo your home and turn some lights on. Here that works like a charm

Get your self a nice mantel...Best made from Humans it'd keep you warm and you'd be in heaven by the feels... Dress up the room in candle (sticks)lights and place bowls of dried roses patels, colorful leaves on tables, window stalls....Give the room a very springy feelings... Tune up the radio to some hot R&B songs or smooth jazz funky bets... Stand up and dance around like a fool and give less of a cares when the cats runs for hidings.. Now if that ain't a good start for some colds days ahead, then my friend take the next flight here,I'll show you how to deal with the hard times ...

Have a nice weekend,
Had a friend over. He was wearing a winter coat...and so was I! Good to have friends around during these dark, cold days, though.

Good reason for me to learn how to speak Spanish! The birds are well bundled up out here right now! And an ice cold pint would make me shiver until I pass out. I'll see about gettin' a passport when I can learn the Spanish language and then I'll see about rewarding myself with a shag over there!

Yes. It feels like January here too! I hope that means that we are using up all the winter weather early and will have a winter that feels like spring!

Maybe a little warm for me. I think 82 degrees Centigrade would be nice during the day time. Maybe 19 degrees Centigrade at night. But 32 degrees is certainly better than 5 degrees Centigrade!
