Egg omelet with loads of onions and swiss cheese, not overcooked, with very well done potatoes on the side (throw some onions in there too, please) and rye toast with real butter. I'll have 4 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice and very hot, strong coffee. I'll be full alllll day!
(if I had to choose, french toast...real good bread, real maple syrup, real butter!)

Hi there ...I picked French Toast because I used to make it for my son on Saturday mornings. Not on the Food Plan though, at least not yet...anyway on Sundays we always made Eggs Benedict which will never be on Food Plan. LOL
Hope you have a great weekend.

Skip the eggs and I will let you have a little slice of butter and a dab of maple syrup.

Yeah - me too! Mostly because you can stick fruit salad and whipped cream on them - and those don't go too well with French toast!
