I would like to invite all bloggers to post their feedbax here on fusion. If a free exchange of ideas can stimulate creative thinking out of the box, perhaps an unlimited source of energy might be at our fingertips soon. In the 20th century, hydrogen atoms were successfuly fused together, creating a net gain of energy resulting from the reaction. However, the high temperatures resulting from the blast exceeded the melting and/or boiling points of all matter. Therefore, there was no medium to contain the energy. Intense electromagnetic fields have proven unsuccesful at containing the reaction either. Up until now, the much less productive fission has been used in nuclear reactors to generate steam powered electric generators. Perhaps, rather than attempting to manipulate the dimensions of a fusion reaction, the duration could be manipulated via a series of oscillating micro pulses which would effectively lower the mean temperature and pressure of the reaction while still producing a positive net energy output. I think if they spray the enire reaction with water, and blow nice cool air on it, it will help to reduce the temperature! Hey? (,,,,)

nah...it would just vaporize into steam instantly. The water would be more useful in a bloated udder infested with codeine! (suckles with a sense of desire, yet repulsive.) Imagine infested cubes of iced milk...to suckle all violently on! I'd put lots in my mouth! Suckles with a warm feeling of belonging yet with an intense sense of refutation! (,,,,) (,,,,)
