I have decided to write a blog post here specifically with the kinds of things that interest women in mind. OK. What kind of stuff do you ladies put in your ? Do you like the Pantene? Do you use a comb or a brush...or both. Do you put any conditioner in your afterwards? Do you blow dry, towel dry, or let your drip dry?
What is your favourite brand of shoes? Do you like to wear the pumps when you go out? Are you jellous of your neighbours' shoes? How wany pair of shoes do you own?
I am drawing a blank here. Ladies, tell me what you enjoy reading about. What kind of stuff do you talk about. Do gay men have an easier time talking to you about womens' kind of stuff? How did I do? (I'm not gay, but I am hairterosexual!)

Balty, you have really outdone yourself here. You have managed to get inside the minds of women and REVEAL to gentlemen exactly HOW a woman REALLY THINKS! BRILLIANT! Well said, Balty. Well SAID!!!

I usually put a brush or comb through my hair. Yes, love Pantene! I use conditioner occasionally. I towel dry my hair and then let it drip dry.
Life loves me. I am living happily ever after.

I treat my hair like it was my fourth child.
Having been blessed from birth with a full mane that has been the envy of friends and family, I am extremely picky about what it gets dressed with.
I have an extensive collection of brushes, combs, "product" and devices. I interview hairdressers like I interview financial consultants. If you want to sell me "product", you'd better have a five-year profile (I'm almost serious about that. Suffice it to say that I'm not going to shell out $50 for something without serious performance statistics).
The most recent compliment I got was that I had "Emmy Lou Harris hair". If you saw my father's head of hair, which was thick, full and gorgeous til the day he died at age 87, you'd know what I mean.
I could quote the Lloyd-Webber song, but I don't think I need to.
BTW, Baltimore -- love your hair.
Yours in vanity,
Love, LK

Pantene is really kinda yucky. The stuff that makes your hair "silky" is the main ingredient in floor wax. I recommend only purchasing products from salons.
I'm a drip dry pony tail. With an Alfalfa style poky uppy thing that always happens because of my stupid cowlick. Glamour is my middle name.

I use hair band in either light purple or gold color, sometimes a simple hairpin will do. Use both Pantene and conditioner.
Am not a brand-conscious person. Wear pumps for the most of time, but in autumn and winter I like boots as well. Can't remember how many pairs of shoes I have.

Be careful with that dye -- it really dries your hair out.
I had the same problem back when I was in my 30s and had trouble accepting my premature grey. My hair grows so fast that I had to touch up every four weeks at a minimum. I used to call it my "skunk stripe" -- the grey roots that would show up sometime around the third weekend between dye-parties.
And, if I was too free with the dye, I would have to go through the miserable process of removing all the color and putting it all back. At least once a year. Yick.
That's a terrible process that takes three days of hiding in your house with orange hair (while the color's gone). In the meantime your poor hair is sobbing while it waits for the next conditioning treatment.....
Think about using henna, or go to your natural food store and get something that doesn't have all the chemicals in it. And get a good cut from time to time.

LK

You can NEVER be too free with dye. Keep that grey totally covered up even if it takes THREE bottles at a time!
