Hi (sp) Keith Richards!

LONDON: Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards said in a new interview with a British music magazine that he once snorted his father's ashes mixed with cocaine during a drug binge.

Richards, 63, whose fondness for drugs has been openly acknowledged for decades, was quoted by music magazine NME as saying his unusual experiment with paternally enhanced cocaine came after his father's death five years ago.

"The strangest thing I've tried to snort? My father. I snorted my father. He was cremated, and I couldn't resist grinding him up with a little bit of blow," Richards said in the interview, which was posted on NME's Web site.

"My dad wouldn't have cared," Richards said, adding, "It went down pretty well, and I'm still alive." !!!!!!!!!!

When I first joined FF, I posted a true story in the jokes section because it just has a ring of 'ha-ha' to it. ( Please refer to A True Story - YIKES!!!. As you'll read, it was all a mistake, unlike Richards' story.)

I think I've heard everything now.

Have a most excellent day!

And now they're saying on the news that Richards is saying that it's not true...whether he's telling the truth that it's a farce and said it for shock value or whether it is actually true I'm not sure. You never know. I wouldn't put it past him...like they said on the news, he could've been so high at the time and didn't realize it!

There was a poll done on him about 10 to 12 years ago showing the amount of drugs he took in his lifetime and it was predicted that he'd die at 53....he's 63 now....he must have the predictor(s) as well as his doctors baffled!

Have a most excellent day!

Earth...go to the Chatroom main page (by clicking on the orange button at the top of this page).

Then look to your left and press "Interest Groups" (in blue bold print to the left of that page) OR you can also press the name of the chatrooms that people are in...Rob's is Livingroom...press "visit group" in blue print that's just below the Interest Group title.

On the page you are taken to, look down the left until you come to "the It was a Good Day blog" title. Click that specific blog and it'll take you to my story of my interview.

(Kind of confusing but easy once you get the hang of it...like everything else.) Good luck..and thanks for your persistence...

Have a most excellent day!

Word of warning...the story is a bit long but you may get a chuckle out of it.
