 I think no harm to give him the benefit of doubt. We're are grown up and not everybody react towards situation in the same way.

For example, I am someone who can't find 5 minutes to write email to friends when my mind is not settle, luckily after a while my friends understand me.

Just my 2 cents!

 don't go....sounds like ur the backup plan after something diff didn't work out and even if u ain't that u deserve better than have a guy go mia then come back around like that
