My Personal Views - Excess Of Any Thing Is Not Good

The fact that our current diet mainly comprises of GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) grown vegetables and animal products, leave a massive void of macro nutrients and micro nutrients that are essential for proper functioning of our bodies. Anything that we consume today is a bulk mass that is stripped of proper levels of healthy fat, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, salts and nutrients.

We may satisfy our bouts of hunger from time to time by consuming them however they aren’t sufficient to stock up the minimum required nutrients that our body needs. Our current time starved lifestyle encourages us to eat fast food, and packages semi cooked, and packaged ready cooked stuff that’s devoid of nutrients, and could adversely affect out heaths by introducing components that our body doesn’t need, all resulting to health issues at a later stage.

What do we do??

We are been educated on how we lack macro and micro nutrients and are encouraged to stack up on supplements that suitably designed to balance out our nutrients by famous corporates under attractive schemes that either give massive discounts or offer you an affiliate programme to earn.

We buy that…. But since our affiliate programme encourages us to make purchases month after month, so we consume nutrients month after month. What happens next??

What I write below is purely my opinion…

A human body is designed to absorb what it needs and discard what it doesn’t Most of the time our bodies give us indications on what we need and what we do not.

A simple example: we should not eat, when we aren’t actually hungry. Our body indicates when we are hungry. Stocking up on food when we do not need adversely affects, as our body absorbs only what we need. Excess passes out as nutrients in stools or accumulation of fats/ calories that we cannot burn.
Or
We shouldn’t drink excess water, just because someone tells us excess water helps us expel toxins. Our body is designed to keep the right amount to water to manage its daily functions. Anything is excess crashes the system.

goes with nutrients. When do we know our nutrients are replenished?? There is no way to find that out, unless we have ourselves tested. Feel good feeling is a temporary measure of replenishing the nutrients, what if we are consuming excess??

Although major of the companies, design their doses for an average person, however everybody reacts to nutrients in a different way. Excess nutrients also adversely affect our body functions that may land us in trouble. For example an excess of micro nutrient copper kills liver cells and affects spleen and brain. Excess copper is toxic.

CONCLUSION :

Functioning of our body was designed by somebody much intelligent and superior to us humans. Don’t mess with it. If you have to, get it monitored by an expert until your ailments are resolved.

EXCESS AND PROLONGED USE OF ANYTHING IS NOT GOOD.

Thank You Charulata
You may be right about the brains. But I was merely referring to the reaction of our bodies. For example you don't feel like drinking much water, but your doctor advises you to consume much more than you normally do. That is over doing. Your body indicates enough is enough. You just have to pay attention to that. ...

first. we must listen to what we think our body is trying to say., donot ignore it. discuss it with your doctor and listen to Doctor also and get proper advice from him. and if Dr say you are ok. then there is no worry.

LOVE IS ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL

I had a magnetic tag on my refrigerator, when we were kids. It read .....
EAT TO LIVE BUT DON'T LIVE TO EAT. It didn't make much sense to us then.

EAT, DRINK AND MAKE MERRY is my tag line too, and that often is revealed when I have a non-veg platter and a fine bottle of table wine.
