south africans, explain your unforgivable actions??

Why? Why can a country like South Africa resort to these awful acts?
In Apartheid days, black South Africans were harboured in many African Countries, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya.

All these Countries rallied together, sometimes at the perils of their own stability to ensure South Africa's freedom.

Unforgivable actions in recent weeks to xenophobia to foreigners from african countries. This week media screens have flashed images of South African blacks executing violent acts on other blacks who are not South Africans. People petrol bombed in their shops, horrific. Mobs walking in the streets with weapons, ready to lash out at any foreigner. MORE SO BLACK
FOREIGNERS

These people have come to South Africa for numerous reasons -
School, work, business, economic opportunity, refuge from violence in their countries they came to make a life and being punished for making such a decision, these people with visa to work and live here.
Then we get the foreigners who enter the borders illegally, to seek work and a better life here, displacing the local people of work receiving a lower wage. This anger has crept into the local black community.

This violence is due to King Goodwill Zwelithini...comments -

Foreigners must go back to their homelands..ofcourse the King has denied his comments but the damage was done. Anti foreign sentiments aplenty in his speech.

We go back to the gloomy apartheid days. Nelson Mandela took refuge in other black countries, hence, ANC was formed. They eradicated apartheid with the help of their foreign countries and are now attacking foreigners, burning their homes and businesses to make a point. And their point is -

You are taking over our Country
You are taking our job
You are taking what's ours
We are taking what's ours

South Africans have been competing with foreign nationals on a number of fronts. The Government was not protecting the jobs for local people, housing opportunities. Etc.
They took matters into their own hands, regardless, it's shocking
The Government is not taking xenophobia seriously.
Human rights violation on a grand scale.

These are angry people who have residues of apartheid left in their souls and cannot be freed from that grip.

This is just the Black population

Being an Indian, born in South Africa, my forefathers came from India to make a better life seeking greener pastures. We are targeted constantly because, Indians are born fighters mentally to succeed in any aspect of life. Be it education. Work, business etc. We are seen with a nelson's eye. We are also told -
"Go back to India"

Their unforgivable actions over xenophobia must stop.
