we are all guilty of this !!

Too much FACEBOOK leads to envy and depression.

An interesting survey was done on our Old Faithful the Facebook Users at a University in Missouri. We are all guilty of this, constant checking of our Facebook,
seeing what our friends and families are doing 24 /7

The reality of the findings were :

Constant checking on Facebook can lead to ENVY and DEPRESSION ...which ultimately leads to sadness. If you constantly stalk friends on Facebook and then realize that your life doesn't measure up to theirs, you feel bad about yourself.

If Facebook is used to see how well an acquaintance is doing financially or how happy an old friend is doing in his / her relationship ,,,, things that cause envy among users ......... use of the site can lead to feelings of depression.

How many of you can relate to this

Wow is she / he on holiday again?
Omg just see what he / she is wearing?
Is that the vehicle you driving?
Wow is that your date, wife, hubby, GF, BF ?
Such a beautiful home you have !!!

If you disagree then you a pretty excellent LIAR

Facebook is a huge part of our lives. Like most Facebook users, we have apps on our phones , we check it at work, at home, also when we go out ....checking it always ....on a subway....plenty can relate to this ....subway station with wifi ...

It is an addiction, most cannot quit.

Facebook has allowed us a window into our friends lives ....some have babies ...some have teenagers ...some adult ,,,,their lovely homes .... their dinners ...there are food presentations that look like something out of a magazine
pictures of exotic places on vacation.

At times i come to the conclusion that Facebook is a lifestyle magazine featuring our friends ....who may or may not be doing it better than me.

With all said and done ........We are FACEBOOK ADDICTS...
