Very Sad Indeed
When a tree is axed for profit,
it is really very sad for the onlookers.

More when trees get uprooted, which had
nests in it, it is really heart breaking.
Such uprooted trees get looted like a kati patang
- trunk, branches, fruits and leaves.

 This storm has uprooted many trees, and many more. really it is sad

 Sad but a part of life....... The tree lives on if made into a house or furniture but if burnt in a fire or rot on the ground then it is a sad fate.

You'd feel much more differently if you dad, brother, husband removed a limb then made a jewelry box for you. We had a cyclone hit us 3-4 years ago. We lost a black walnut tree. I am using a piece of the tree for a display stand for my BF's German Pickelhaube.
