UK immigration rule splits 15,000 from parents.

The 2012 rule of United Kingdom to bar entry of the spouses in to Britain from the non EU nations whose British spouses earn less than British Pounds Sterling 18,600 an year , affected some 15,000 keeping them away from their British parents. Anne LongField, the Commissioner for England stated that skype families are being created for these unfortunate victims. The government says this rule is aimed at not creating excess burden by these on UK tax payers.
