Fossils show prehistoric scorpion terrorised the seas 460 million years ago.

Scientists from Iowa Geological Survey and Yale university, US reported that from the new fossils they stumbled upon; a sea scorpion was the dominant large predator that grew to 5 ft and 7 inches (170 cms) with a dozen claw arms spouting from its head and a spike tail. The team determined that they were a new species from about 460 million years ago when Iowa was under an ocean. The report says this is an angry bug and obviously very aggressive.

Spine chilling indeed.
