Good news for H-4 US visa holders. Work permits are being processed for them.Advantage Indian women

Hitherto spouses on H-4 US visa ( whose spouses are holding H1B visa) have no legal rights to work in that country. But with the new Obama immigration plan in force, all such persons holding H4 visa will be entitled to work permits and work legally, provided their spouses on H1B file their green card application and it is under process. It is bound to mitigate sufferings of hundreds and thousands of spouses who despite having academic qualification, experience and expertise are forbidden to work in US. Of the total 153,223 H1B visas issued in 2013 by US; Indians cornered 77,905 which is slightly over 65%. Such is the credibility for Indians here and naturally their spouses have an advantage with this step.
These rules came in to force on May 26, 2015.
