Egyptian woman reveals her ordeal of leading life as man for 42 years, all for a living and family.

Sisa Abu Daooh, an Egyptian woman, an young woman in 70s, now aged 64, revealed how she manager to pretend as a man, just to survive and bring up her Hoda in this male dominated society. She worked for more than 30 years among shoeshine man in Luxor, spent in coffee shops as a man among men and prayed along with men, in male attire. But to her surprise when she herself revealed this in open meet, she was not condemned by the society but greeted with positive comments. She was pleasantly surprised when President of Egypt Andel Fattah el-Sissi personally gave her an award for being an extraordinary mother.
