George Stinney , a 14 year old black was arrested, convicted of a murder in a one day trial and executed in 1944, all in 3 months, with out chance given to appeal in US. Now, after a lapse of 70 years, a South Carolina Circuit Judge felt that the judgement was extremely shocking and most unfair and threw out the conviction. Here the notable thing was that the investigators, prosecutors and jury were all white.

A case of justice delayed is denied. Here is a case that justifies the call to abolish capital punishment, as it can't be reversed.
