Sleeping naked could cut risk of diabetes

According to a study by the U.S.National Sleep Foundation, published in Dail Mall, one in three human beings sleep naked and it is important to keep body cool at night, as the body temperature needs to drop at night for any one to fall asleep. The brain driven by the internal block, sends messages to the blood vessels to release heat. These days, there is a greater focus on brown fat that burns excess calories to generate heat in comparison to ordinary fat that piles up when we eat more food, adding more fat than we can burn. Cold activates brown fat to get burnt to produce warmth and hence the chances of diabetes are less that way. This finding is corraborated by another study in US published in Diabetes journal.

In another study conducted in UK, it is found that people who sleep naked have better love lifes and happy with their relationship than those who sleep with pyjamas or nightys. Besides it is reported to help those having body image issues.
