To RIVER_VIEW: My most Revered Attorney friend, a home maker, Mrs Rozer Tony and a caring mother.

While hosting few women Attorneys, their spouses and ; the talk naturally centred around how effective and caring a busy woman Attorney can be; by being an effective home maker, a loving spouse and a caring mother; besides being a good hostess, friend, social activist and a truthful abiding citizen. Each one of us was required to narrate about one such person, whom one knows well. Though I had many such in my own family, including my niece who is a top rated Judge with a no-nonsensical attitude as well in my close friends's circle few of which were in the gathering right across; I could not anger any one just by choosing one; but I took to the safest route of choosing Advocate River_View, whom some of us address as RV or Nadi (River) and to be specific Mrs Rozer Tony, a leading advocate, a former law teacher and a caringly effective mother of two upcoming , with her being an aspiring danseuse. I eloquently spoke what ever I could about RV to the august gathering and make them appreciate how difficult it is for Indian women Attorneys to play multi-faceted roles as an advocate-spouse-mother-friend-guide-activist. I have no qualms to say in open how much admiration I have to her; irrespective of who her or my friends in FF are; on whom we have no absolute control whatsoever. Most start questioning everybody's age, gender, profession, economic and social status, educational back ground, career/business, marital status, handles, IDs, even s***** potency and health profile; despite which to me RV is Attorney River View, Mrs Rozer Tony, a mother of two, good friend of many like me, a family friend of Miss Loan Tran; with she being Nadi to some and Ribher to few others.

Having said these few words, I dedicate the following lines to all mothers who have a daunting task of bringing up in this IT savy world, full of cut throat competition, where most have to struggle to exist in this globe known for survival of the fittest. The topic is 'IT's TIME TO BOOST YOUR 's SELF-ESTEEM".

Experts believe the confidence of this generation is being knocked by a mixture of busy parents with high expectations and technology. Research among more 7,000 published recently by the think-tank NPC in the UK shows that self-esteem and happiness start falling aged 11 and descend rapidly between 13 and 14, especially for girls. Elizabeth Hartley Brewer , author of Self_Esteem for Girls and Self-Esteem for boys, says girls are like sand castles - one minute they stand tall and next minute they fall. But good news is that parents, especially the mothers can help shore up their 's esteem. Shelley Davidow, author Raising Stress-Proof gives out what to do.

* Develop their skills * Keep in contact * Watch their online life * Let them take control * Make allowances * Be a role model * Be careful with praise * Take worries seriously * Give them time.

Have a nice time all home makers mothers. Good luck in bringing up your and God bless you all.

Last word: I remain a good friend to you Nadi come what my friends and your friends in this virtual world are, for why do we care for them?

PS: She is a known music lover (Ref: Aakash)
