ISRAELS own agenda on Ethnic cleansing....A remembers....Part 4..Violence begets Violence!!!

The title of this series deliberately and with purpose encompasses what I truly believe to a systematically calculated and well orchestrated agenda of genocide, otherwise known as ethnic cleansing!!!

There are clear indications by the Israelis in their destructive force, much against the conventions on warfare and the United Nations resolutions that Israeli regimes disregarded with contempt, continuing its arbitrary onslaught against a nation ill equipped to fight back for what was and is rightfully theirs.

The land grab went on unabated, new settlements were established and the ultimate was to build a wall with the assistance and approval of the United States preventing the Palestinians from their own freedom in their own lands!

The hardship brought on economically, socially and politically is unbearable. The humiliation faced by this nationisintolerable. Persecution found a new meaning in this part of the world! Targeting civilians is strictly prohibited in international law in all circumstances: a rule which applies to all combatants whether from government armed
forces or members of militia groups.
The Fourth Geneva Convention, Article 33 prohibits all measures of intimidation or terrorism against civilians.

On average 25 Palestinians are killed compared to 1 Israeli.
88% of Palestinian died compared to 12 % of Israeli ! Here the number of Israeli is decreasing compared to the increasing number of Palestinian ( 2014)

Palestinian civilians, particularly in the West Bank, have also died as a result of being unable to access medical treatment because of delays or obstruction at checkpoints. Since the , 68 pregnant women have been unable to access hospitals and forced subsequently to give birth at checkpoints, resulting in the deaths of four women and 34 miscarriages.

The right to life is the most fundamental of all rights. Its importance is reflected in the numerous Conventions, Declarations and United Nations Resolutions which seek to protect or limit the taking of life in some way, both in peace and in war.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948
states:
1)Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
2)This provision is considered as customary international law which is binding on all States. The State of Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA) have indicated their willingness to abide by these legal standards respecting the right to life,

UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTIONS AGAINST ISRAEL:

Aside from the core issues—refugees, Jerusalem, borders—the major themes reflected in the U.N. resolutions against Israel over the years are its unlawful attacks on its neighbours; its violations of the human rights of the Palestinians, including deportations, demolitions of homes and other collective punishments; its confiscation of Palestinian land; its establishment of illegal settlements; and its refusal to abide by the U.N. Charter and the 1949 Fourth Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War:

Resolution 446: "...‘determines’ that Israeli settlements are a ‘serious obstruction’ to peace and calls on Israel to abide by the Fourth Geneva Convention"
Resolution 452: "...‘calls on’ Israel to cease building settlements in occupied territories"
Resolution 465: "...‘deplores’ Israel’s settlements and asks all member states not to assist Israel’s settlements program"
Resolution 469: "...‘strongly deplores’ Israel’s failure to observe the council’s order not to deport Palestinians"
Resolution 476: "...‘reiterates’ that Israel’s claims to Jerusalem are ‘null and void’
Resolution 605: "...‘strongly deplores’ Israel’s policies and practices denying the human rights of Palestinians
Resolution 607: "...‘calls on’ Israel not to deport Palestinians and strongly requests it to abide by the Fourth Geneva Convention
Resolution 608: "...‘deeply regrets’ that Israel has defied the United Nations and deported Palestinian civilians
Resolution 799: "...‘strongly condemns’ Israel’s deportation of 413 Palestinians and calls for their immediate return
Resolution 904: "...‘strongly condemns’ the massacre in Hebron and its aftermath which took the lives of more than 50 Palestinian civilians and injured several hundred others"

Resolution 1322: "...‘condemns’ acts of violence, especially the excessive use of force against Palestinians, resulting in injury and loss of human life
Resolution 1544: "...‘calls on’ Israel to respect its obligations under international humanitarian law, and insists, in particular, on its obligation not to undertake demolition of homes contrary to that law
