Birbal's Demo on Mom's Love Few days back Kavitah ( my sweet & intelligent frind) posted a Blog [post 153034] . She gave option to choose one between Mom and Spouse to be saved with you from a sinking ship. I said that My Mom would force me to take my wife and would happily go down with the ship. But there is a story of Shehanshah Akbar and his clever adviser Birbal which contradicts the Mom's love theory. Once the two were discussing and Akbar emphatically stated that Mom's Love is the highest and she would anytime sacrifice her life for the sake of her . Birbal but begged to differ and said that for humans survival was the most important. This annoyed the Badshah Akbar and he challenged Birbal to prove it. Birbal requested for some time to prove his point. A few days later, Birbal invited Akbar to witness . He chose a deep tank in the garden . The tank was empty and he introduced a monkey female with her small baby in the tank. They couldn't get out of the tank and were happy feasting on various fruits and nuts on the floor. Birbal then started introducing gradually water in the tank. As the water level rose slowly the mom baby were playing , but as the level started rising and reached the baby's head the mom picked up the baby. As water rose the mothers shoulder level, she raised the baby on her shoulder. Badshah Akbar clapped and sarcastically pointed out to Birbal that the mother would do anything to save her and prepared to leave. Birbal requested him to stay on. As water level reached her neck level, she raised the baby above her head to the delight of Emperor Akbar. He was very Happy that Birbal's demo had failed & sniffed majestically the red rose in his hand . Birbal urged Badshah to wait and he complied. As the water level started reaching her nose, she panicked. She raised her feet to save the baby. But as the water level was getting over her nostrils, guess what the Monkey Mom did ? She very quickly pushed the baby under her feet to gain some height to breath. So survival of self is beyond everything. Birbal made his point. Love is the most widely used word. It has different meanings in different situations/contexts. Kavitah I have told you the story. You will say 'Thanks Aakash and please tell me why one more story why Sangeet Samrat Tansen shouldn't mess with Birbal  "Will she say Aakash I love you?
