To a friend who wasn't intimidated by me July I am strolling through the garden in the warm evening, the lamps twinkling among the green branches. I am happy that it's summer and the nature is still open to me. The streets, restaurants and cafes are full of people - eating, drinking, talking, laughing, enjoying the night. There is music and lights everywhere. Time has stopped. It's really nice in Bourgas in summer. August The sea is not the same as in July - it is windy and wavy but I am unwillimg to lose touch with it.I like the way the water caresses my body while swimming - like the touch of man's fingertips on my body. The sense of free motion and cleansing, the smell of freshly washed clothes intoxicate me as the mountain air does. September Early September - gipsy's summer as we, the natives, say. I am lying on the beach,my hands stretched over my head, fully devoted to the sun. The gentle breeze flutters over my body like a silk veil, teasing me, soothing me...It's hot. But I like it hot. October I always stop to smell the flowers - life is pulsing in my veins. I am sitting on a bench in the hushed sea park, facing the sun, absorbing its warmth with closed eyes, filling my body with strength. The golden autumn, we are having it again. I am crazy about the sun - my greatest lover. November I can wait - like the multi - coloured lights of a seaside town reflected in the still black water, waiting for the day to break, like the seed in the soil waiting for the spring to be awaken. I will wait for the summer to come again to meet you.
Keep love in your heart ! SL

the sun will bleach the driftwood i'll find tomorrow, hopefully some nice small pieces, burlwood would be nice, the smell of the saltmarsh, low tide, a place in the bay that is luxurious to tread upon a year long, there was an osprey on the perch last year, maybe find some sea heather that hasn't gone to seed yet................. sound of water, smells of nature, music of the world.........

Thanks for sharing the post. It sounds wonderful although being in the midwest the lakes will have to do. Smile! I took a trip up to Northern Minnesota last year and to see nothing but vast horizens of water I can somewhat understand what your saying. Have a Great Day Everyday
