Other worlds tapping on my soul with no steer - rainy drops trickling down the window of my fear... And a yellow leaf stained with the blood of the summer jumped up on the rail of my balcony for a farewell salute... But hey, not everything in autumn is sad..I'm posting for you a pic of the open fitness ground in the park I mentioned about...Working out with the green around and the glimpse of the sea behind the trees is very refreshing, nothing like the gyms, aha  ....Enjoy your last nice autumn days as much as you can, my friends  Love, SL  Keep love in your heart ! Ah,there is something in particular about this autumn- the yellow leafs are so bright, one shade of yellow next to another,shapes, spotting over you,amazing- I love it!

 It's just lovely here the pass days....Ohh and the colors of the trees..Beautifully amazing....I have been taking pics and hope to write a blog soon and show some...The swiss are very well health-care healthy eating orientated,but they don't have any parks like this...  Any ways enjoy the days and you're looking good on that work out machine...  Happy Autumn   It is the truth in man that sets him free..

Contrary to the global warming talk, our summer finished abruptly and we are having winter temps too early  But I know I will always have hugs and smiles here SL Keep love in your heart ! SL

Big Hugs I can imagine the cascade of rusty red, orange, yellow going into brown and green down the hills. I have been in the mountains in autumn, the sight is really spectacular..It's not the same by the sea where it looks like a grey dying eye and the weather is chilly and foggy. hi sl, now if i have that kind of gym facility here i might actually make enough of an effort to exercise... well, i do walk alot and do the hula hoop love your hair in the pic... goes with the green leaves of autumn have a great week ahead! rose  "when much is taken, something is returned." terry pratchett
