Trade for love !!!

Story unfolds:

"-in-law trades for love."
Now that there are financial struggles their and his wife are suggesting to the Grandparent -
"you will not see your grandchildren unless you write a few helpful cheques."
It's that explicit !!!

People buy and sell "love" all the time but the exchange is seldom this blatant. Why should you pay to spend time with the grandkids???
The thought is repelling and the consequences are dangerous.

Imagine falling a victim to this, cheque writing will continue as long as you are flush out of cash. When that episode is over you will have neither money nor time with the grandkids.

Love that violates the integrity of the source ,,,,bribery is not love.
Put in that situation what do you choose : money or grandkids??

I honestly believe that teaching the grandkids a lesson worth learning if you are wiling to protect your integrity ,,even at the expense of seeing them.

If you desire to assist with a helpful cheque, it must come willingly with grace and generosity. ....should there be a stipulation on what the grandparents can offer??
Giving a gift must come from within and it must separate from any semblance of trading for time with the grandkids.

Its a cold world out there!!!
