People we meet Every human has their own uniqueness. In life, we meet people from different walks of life, different cultures, different beliefs. There are two types of people in this world, good and bad. The good sleep better, but the bad seem to enjoy the waking hours much more. There are only two kinds of people who are really fascinating; people who know absolutely everything, and people who know absolutely nothing. Reasonable people adapt themselves to the world. Unreasonable people attempt to adapt the world to themselves. Some we never think about again. Some, we wonder what happened to them. There are some that we wonder if they ever think about you. And then there are some we wish we never had to think about again. But we do. People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. We have an insatiable curiosity to know everything, except what is worth knowing. We learn to like someone when we find out what makes them laugh, but we can never truly love someone until we find out what makes them cry. A sad thing in life is that sometimes you meet someone who means a lot to you only to find out in the end that it was never bound to be and you just have to let go. Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.        |

I believe what you say. I hope you may be able to focus your energy on making sure that each person who comes close to you is not the bad one and if it happens that the bad one creeps in your life you find courage to push him away. Have a beautiful day.

There are two types of people in this world, good and bad. A good, thoughtful post, but I'd take issue with the above statement, in reality there are many shades of grey, and people cannot be polarised into one camp or another. And the problem with "good" and "bad" people is that often people don't seem to know whether they are "good" or "bad". If I look at this argument from say a religious viewpoint those who commit what many of us would consider to be crimes are not crimes in their perspective. Then you have to define morality...

People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a life time (auhor unknown to me) Letting go of some-one we care about is quite necessary, but holding some-one too tight is never necessary. If you love some-one set them free, if they come back to you, they are yours for keeps, if they don't, they never were. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.
