Air Conditioner Woes, Auto AC

Just bought a 1992 Ford Tempo for $1010 and now I need to check the AC, what really kills me is how much shops charge just to look at it, not to mention now 2 times already no one has any idea what they are doing. I get cold ac intermittent in my vehicle, and never on the freeway over 65 mph, usually though It stays on in town.

 I found a guy who tried to help me by topping off the system with freeze 12, It did not hel, however now we realize that there is a clog in the line its probably the orafice, so I may be spending $100 or so but that is not that bad I guess.
