International Criminal Court is only a tool of West to control the world. In 7/15, IIC said the leader of Sudan was a man of sin, for he killed about 200,000 people in the war. But in fact it's a civil war in Sudan. Someone could tell me how many American died in American civil war? The president of Sudan have right to do something to put down the rebeldom who want to split out from Sudan, just like what Lincoln, the American president had done during 1861 to 1865. And let's talk about Iraqi war, the war between intruder from North American and local residents in West Asia. We all have known that the war is based on American president's lies, and only for oil.Now Bush's army have killed 600,000 Iraqi within 5 years, and seems no end of the war.American have decided to occupy as long as they like.So it's reasonable another 600,000 Iraqi would die in next 5 years in the independent war， if no one does anything to help Iraqi. So it's selectively blind for International Criminal Court. Why the IIC forget the Iraqi war? Or they think the Iraqi are saintly but the leader of Sudan should not put down the rebeldom and keep the his country as a whole? |

fan_cuixia, you may well be right in what you say - but the problem with global politics is that nobody apart from the perpetrators of the actions truly understand their motives. The world as we know it today, is nothing more than a festering cesspool of barely concealed anarchy, with armed forces under the control of the few enforcing policy with little if any legal or moral foundation. One thing is for sure - I'd hate to be around when China, Russia and the US are all vying to be THE global superpower - the recent cold war will seem petty in comparison. ** guaranteed Goody free **

I am a Chinese and have been Chinese for 32 years.My grandfather was a soldier and killed Japanes soldiers in our hometown.And my father was a poor roustabout. Now I am a software engineer with good income and happy family.But there are still hundreds of millions Chinese who are very very poor and just work hard to improve their life. And China is still a splited country.There are two parts of China: main land and Taiwan island.A global superpower could not unify itself? Since Chinese have long-time unifying tradition, every Chinese, including me, even including American Chinese living in North American, are eager to unify our country. But China is too weak now, and maybe I could not see the unifying date in my life, so I never believe that China would be a global superpower whthin next 50 years. So there are two big job for China government. One is to improve life quality for 13 hundreds of millions Chinese, another is too unify China.If it could not do it, we would change another able one. Global superpower? At least our generation do not care about it.
