Maybe American judge believes three policemen have right to shoot a man with 50 bullets, for the pathetic man looked like a drunk.

OK, let's suppose that he was a drunk realy. if a drunk has broken American law, the three police men could arrest him, but not shoot him directly with 50 bullets.
In free world man can not drink too much?
Of course he can vote and to be voted, but it makes no sense for a dead man.
So protect yourself first. Next maybe your turn.

The USA has always had a dodgy history on shootings but they have so many guns it's not surprising. But that's thier business.
We get this from time to time in the UK too.
10 years ago in UK , a solider recruit was supposed to have committed suicide at "Deepcut Barracks", by shooting himself in the back, twice. Oh Yeah? The truth is begining to leak out only now, after all this time.
Also sad mistakes are made. Juan Charles Demenezes was shot by armed police in the London Underground railway and this was a terrible mistake. Do we blame the police? Do we blame the Islamic terrorists who bombed London Underground previously for raising tension levels leading to errrors? What's the point. The poor man is dead already.
Offical cover-up happens everwhere. And will continue to do so as long as offical people have jobs to protect. Please don't start me on Tiannamen Square or 6000 Chinese executed every year for crimes including fraud.
We might be a bit smaller than China but we get by without executing anybody deliberately.
And the reason I can tell you about Deepcut and Demenezes' stories and the terrible errors is because we live in a society mature enough to be able to talk about it rather than live in fear of dissapearing or losing our house if we dare to.
Has China ever made a mistake? I've never heard you say "we made a mistake". Go on. Tell me two of China's mistakes.... similar to the above.
And can you deny 6000 executed in China for crimes like fraud? Or is that another one of those made up stories, like the Beijing smog?

Cops in USA are dangerous. I am a white man. I had a black cop pull a gun on me when I was reading electric meters for the power company. I had black cops and white cops and mexican cops search my car for weapons and drugs many times. I had a white cop kick my car door in. I had a white cop throw me down onto the concrete when I was chasing a black man down an alley who had robbed me. Remember: The American cops have guns and radios and the always outnumber you. Watch out for them!

time2refresh:I believe there are 6000 executed in China for crimes every year. It's reasonable.
Some Chinese professor suggest to cancle death penalty, but most Chinese people are against. It's law in China, and fortunately Chinese national people's congress decide to keep death penalty.
Maybe you are surprised, for your impression is that the death penalty was a tool for Chinese government to control people.
If you are interesting about it, and you have way to read Chinese words, you can search information about it in Chinese Internet world.

I never said China is perfect and Chinese government have made no mistakes. Of course Chinese government should crakedown rioting in TIANANMENG in 1989, for it have hurt our safety. But Chinese government should start at the beginning.
And sometime Chinese government are too weak. Many Chinese are shamed when Chinese government leader talking about TaiWan and XiZang with foreign leaders. It's our private business, no space and no necessary to talk about it with others. We should unify our country, and it's duty and obligation of every Chinese. But now it seems we should get permittion from others. Every Chinese know this fact that before West found the American land, TaiWan and XiZang have been a part of China for hundreds years. Could you like to go back to Europe and return land to Indian indigene?
