More than one year ago, daughter began to speak. I taugh her the first lesson is the first poem in 'Poetry', that has published for more than 3000 years. It's very simple. 关关雎鸠，在河之洲。窈窕淑女，君子好逑。 参差荇菜，左右流之。窈窕淑女，寤寐求之。 求之不得，寤寐思服。悠哉悠哉。辗转反侧。 参差荇菜，左右采之。窈窕淑女，琴瑟友之。 参差荇菜，左右毛之。窈窕淑女。钟鼓乐之。 --A bird is singing on the island in the river. A young man want to get love by a beautiful woman. --Some grass in water are short, some are high, and water beside them.Whether sleeping or waking up, the man miss the woman. --But he does'nt get it, he think hard for it.How long the night, he can not sleep in. --Some grass in water are short, some are high,take it by left hand and right hand.He should play guitar and lute to make friend with her. --Some grass in water are short, some are high,choose it by left hand and right hand.He should play Zhong and Gu to make her happy. It has a beauty of sound. Most Chinese know the poem, and one sentence of it is realy famous Young man loves a beautiful girl. |
