Collectively noisome. I love collective nouns, particularly for animals, here's some of my faves. A shrewdness of apes A kine of cows (12 cows is a flink lol) A smack of jellyfish A fall of woodcocks A descent of woodpeckers A chattering of chicks An ostentation of peacocks An unkindness of ravens A hover of trouts A charm of finches A quiver of cobras A parliament of owls A murmuration of starlings A kettle of hawks A clutter of cats A lamentation of swans A float of crocodiles A bouquet of pheasants A sleuth of bears An exaultation of larks A volery of birds A business of ferrets A rhumba of rattlesnakes. Ain't they wonderfully descriptive?So what would you call a gathering of bloggers? A garble of bloggers? A tub-thumping of bloggers? A fracas A jamboree A callithumpian. lol Well that's my post fer the day. I just keep getting more and more hinteresting huh?lol Kissys!!!! |

a gathering of bloggers (scratches her head), I don't know jake, but i'm going to ponder that one and I will get back to you. I love these! Are they for real? I am going to use them in poem I think, I never knew there were things like a float of crocodiles. Don't you just love words? Well, my sweet scottish friend, I hope you have an enjoyable weekend and come up a term for us bloggers, how about a bevy of bloggers?

have trouble foncusing some days too LW.lol I find a good splash of cold water does the trick. Would i fib to you KR? well okay i would but not this time lol.I like bevy but i'm purty sure it's already in use it's the collective noun for a group of young wimmen i think "Bevy of beauties" lol that's a little jaded deb m8 but i get yer point lol. ahhh maybe a post of bloggers beautiful beta? I'm getting so fergetful Mac me mistress but i swear i didn't even know i had a flock on me.lol Tell the truth you just like using the word flock aih? lol Me too.I love a good flock or two.
