 For the record, i voted Agree Strongly
and i have good reasons to believe so.

I fell in love at 15 when he was 22.
We were two together for 11 years
or so before we got married.

Do i make sense?
and am i credible?

 I think they can. Depends on the teenagers involved of course. I know people who met as teenagers, fell in love, got married and are still married to this day!

 There is a big difference in maturity in the teenage years between 13 and 19 a person really starts to mature into a rational adult.

While I don't believe a 13 year old is mature enough to fall in love in a meaningfully way older teens are able to depending on there level of maturity.
