Donuts? ACK! I am a walking testament to what happens when you have too many donuts so here, have some whole grain granola, good for your cholesterol, your blood pressure, and will keep the pipes moving.

I thought I'd bring you along some chocolate Ice-cream.. I don't really know if it is a good mix with donuts,I've never tried it but I hope you will let me know if the flavors were good.. .......PS: you were not home so I let my self in vie the back door window and places the Ice-cream in your refrigerator..lol  It is the truth in man that sets him free..
