Ouch, poor me. Having a pity party!

I woke this morning to a kink in my neck, my neck is so out of alignment at this moment it hurts so bad. Ok i'm having a pity party and your all invited.

 i did the same thing 2 days ago... couldn't turn my head all day LOL!! on the positive side, my ankle is good now... i can walk YAY!
