if I seem sad, I just lost my camel... if I seem hostile, I was raised by a terrorist... if I seem bitter, I have received bitterness... if I seem unwelcome, I am trying to keep certain people out of my haven... if I seem bothered, I cant get over harsh words my father left me with... if I seem defeated, I feel I have failed some... if I seem empty, it's because I am.

I once had a friend from Lebanon who was a chef and another from Tehran who was a Doctor. I don't know what your country's relationship is with these two countries. They had come to America and I never judged them because of where they were from, but how they treatd me.
I am sorry that you lost your camel. That would make me sad too. I hope things get better for you. How are you able to get on the internet from where you live, as I know nothing of your life style or the region.
I hope some cheer comes into your life.

and whom are you trying to keep out of your haven Kassam? I almost caught you on in the talking room last nite! Missed you by seconds, but just as you were to leave my connectin to web failed on me.. Our computer is a mess. Maybe we can talk later....or then.. maybe it is me you want out of your haven..
This is no longer a very friendly place on the web, it was once a haven for me also.
Thanks to the cyber-bullies here, no more.... Mean people suck, don't they?

While sad, this is good poetry.
I don't think a camel would enjoy Canada too much

Kass, from your picture, I thought that you lived in Iraq because of the camel.
I wish you and your fiance love and happiness
